about RAINTREE
Raintree is a project by local boutique developer Urbanland Asia and regional developer August Development Co. (ADC). The partnership was formed with the aspiration to contribute to the Phnom Penh urban landscape with a fresh approach that is design-conscious and community-focused. Our projects are of international standard, rooted in local context.
Developer awards
The project was proud to represent Cambodia at the 2017-18 International Property Awards. Raintree was the partnership's first commercial property venture, named 'Best Office Development, Cambodia', in the Asia Pacific Region. This recognition complements Urbanland's residential portfolio, which includes 'Best Condominium Development' (Embassy Residences) and 'Best Residential Architectural Design' (Embassy Central) at the recent Cambodian Property Awards.
