Our team strives to deliver a great property management experience for everyone at the project. Each of us also contribute to developing partnerships that impact our local community, in little and large ways.
Zoë
Zoë co-founded Raintree after relocating from London, after a diverse start to her career in strategy, media, and business development. Managing all aspects of the project, she makes sure everyone at Team Raintree has everything they need to grow. Passionate about education, employability, and sustainability, Zoë is constantly building partnerships for programmes to drive local impact in these sectors. She is obsessed with furniture design and typography, and is never seen without a strong coffee in hand.
Hok
As one of the co-founders of Raintree, Hok led the architectural design and construction of the project. He continues to explore how to advance sustainable and green design in Cambodia, through his rapidly growing portfolio of residential, commercial and community projects. When he’s not in the office, he likes to scour the provinces for the best rocks and trees in the country, to feature in his landscape design. Hok also has a unending passion for concrete and reclaimed bricks.
Penhleak
Penhleak manages tenants and community, leading partnerships and leasing. She sources the most awesome organisations and individuals for creative collaborations. From her experience in the development sector, she is passionate about contributing to education and the arts through our curated events programme. Outside the office, Penhleak runs the Cambodian national committee of the United World College (UWC), that selects students for transformational secondary education scholarships. She also loves DIY, doodling, and drinking tea.
Lihourng
Lihourng always has the brightest smile, and the warmest energy. She notices details like no-one else, and is Team Raintree’s encyclopedia for where everything lives. As part of both the event and client team, she channels all concerns and questions from guests and clients, while juggling 100 different admin jobs in parallel. While being a new mum, she’s still obsessed with making new friends and refining her chillaxing skills outside the office.
Sokleng
From visitors to instagram followers, Sokleng answers everyone's questions all day long as part of the client team. He knows some of the best places in town to get the most obscure thing, allowing us to get our event clients out of a jam more than once. His secret skills include binge-watching MMA shows then taking it into the real boxing ring with his friends on weekends.
Boni
Boni leads Raintree's brand and marketing strategies, drives our community events programme, and fosters creative partnerships. Known for her friendliness and warmth, Boni's personality harmonises with her sharp aesthetic judgment. Her laser-focused attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills ensure that Raintree's brand consistently shines — all powered by decaffeinated coffee and matcha lattes.
Seavleng
Seavleng is our resident TikTok Queen and ray of sunshine! With a keen eye for team needs, she's our trusted lunch coordinator, staunchly against empty-stomach workdays. A key cog in our marketing wheel, Seavleng keeps us on the pulse of trends, spicing up daily chats with the freshest memes, and a splash of Gen Z's sparkles. Her infectious energy is a catalyst for dynamic team-building activities, injecting a welcome dose of fun into our professional community.
Dy
Dy makes sure everything at Raintree is up to the standard, managing operations and facilities. She takes care of every details from the retail floor to office floors and event spaces. With a decade of experience in hospitality and property management, her focus is on ensuring all project processes run smoothly. Her bright personality, dry humor, and openness make her not only approachable but also a joy to interact with.
Han
Unafraid to get his hands dirty and obsessed with nuts and bolts, Han is our go-to person for everything technical. In tandem with our property management team, he works on the ground to ensure that our workspace is at its best mechanically and electrically. After 6pm, Han takes out his most athletic outfits and goes for a run to keep his mind and body sharp.
Yi
Yi is a lover of all things green. He ensures all the Raintree plants are thriving and keeps them in tip-top evergreen condition. He also supports the operations team with building maintenance, both inside and out, as well as being the most reliable stand-by for event logistics. He dreams of being a global football superstar (in video games) although he also spends most of his weekends playing real football on the field.

Ravuth
If Google Maps were a person, its name would be Ravuth. In charge of making sure Team Raintree is always at the right place, at the right time, Ravuth is on hand to help with logistics of people and things.
Another budding Team Raintree athlete, he loves all sports playing volleyball and table tennis with his buddies.
Pu Song
Pu Song keeps the Raintree working environments spotless. It’s hard to find him when he’s working up and down from lobby to the Canopy, checking that there's no stone unturned. He has the best Khmer handwriting on the team, seen on his endless notes around the office. Pu Song is also the most up-to-date on Cambodian celebrity gossip, as he spends his spare time reading all sorts of magazines and newspapers.
