With inclusivity at the top of our agenda, Raintree is offering a unique personal development opportunity with its new edition of Conversations @ the Canopy. #IamRemarkable is a Google initiative designed to empower women to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. The workshop is co-designed by Google’s Chief of Staff for Americas, & DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Anees Hasnain, and local female leaders from the Global Shapers Community Phnom Penh Hub. This network is an initiative of the World Economic Forum, with a mission to improve the state of the world through a network of dynamic young people driving dialogue, action and change in our local community.

Delivered in Khmer and English, the workshop is a 90-minute interactive format, designed to highlight the importance of fact-based self-advocacy in the workplace, and empowers women to overcome cultural, social, and gender related issues by giving them the tools to sharpen their self-promotion skills.

Participants include public sector representatives including: Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Information.

We encourage female young professionals passionate about personal development to apply to this unique program. Application will be selective as we have limited seats for the workshop.

Application closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 10th March. Applicants will receive selection decisions by end of day 11th March.
