Workouts @ the Crown: Get fit with HIIT


In our aspiration to improve the health and wellness of people in our community, we're thrilled to kick off this year's first ever edition of Workouts @ the Crown!

Join us every Wednesday, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm to blow off some steam with high-intensity interval training. This type of workout regimen is designed to feature short bursts of high and low intensity exercises to burn more calories, in less time. This programme runs weekly, from Wednesday 16th March until end of 2022.

This series is brought to you by Instructor Arata Hidano. Space is limited to only up to 30 attendees per session to maintain reasonable physical distancing. Our team will directly get in touch with you via phone to let you know if your reservation is successful. This programme is offered at a special rate of $2 per person, per session.

About instructor
Arata is a certified group fitness instructor trained in New Zealand. Over the last 6 years, he has been providing exercises to communities as well as professionals such as National olympic teams. Arata is passionate about making exercise inclusive and accessible so that participants can gain mental and physical benefits from doing exercise (which is sometimes hard doing alone!).
