Our team strives to deliver a great property management experience for everyone at the project. Each of us also contribute to developing partnerships that impact our local community, in little and large ways.
Zoë
Zoë co-founded Raintree after relocating from London, after a diverse start to her career in strategy, media, and business development. Managing all aspects of the project, she makes sure everyone at Team Raintree has everything they need to grow. Passionate about education, employability, and sustainability, Zoë is constantly building partnerships for programmes to drive local impact in these sectors. She is obsessed with furniture design and typography, and is never seen without a strong coffee in hand.
Hok
As one of the co-founders of Raintree, Hok led the architectural design and construction of the project. He continues to explore how to advance sustainable and green design in Cambodia, through his rapidly growing portfolio of residential, commercial and community projects. When he’s not in the office, he likes to scour the provinces for the best rocks and trees in the country, to feature in his landscape design. Hok also has a unending passion for concrete and reclaimed bricks.
Penhleak
Penhleak manages tenants and community, leading partnerships and leasing. She sources the most awesome organisations and individuals for creative collaborations. From her experience in the development sector, she is passionate about contributing to education and the arts through our curated events programme. Outside the office, Penhleak runs the Cambodian national committee of the United World College (UWC), that selects students for transformational secondary education scholarships. She also loves DIY, doodling, and drinking tea.
Pisey
Pisey keeps the pulse on our event space and virtual office. Her refreshingly diverse background spanning event management, agriculture, and wellness brings a uniquely holistic approach to service. A former national rock-climbing athlete known as the “Spider Lady,” Pisey channels her passion for sports and wellness into building a vibrant, active community through our programmes. When she’s not connecting with clients, you’ll find Pisey scaling indoor climbing walls, cycling with friends in nature, or tackling outdoor bouldering challenges.
Seavleng
Seavleng is our resident TikTok Queen and ray of sunshine! With a keen eye for team needs, she's our trusted lunch coordinator, staunchly against empty-stomach workdays. A key cog in our marketing wheel, Seavleng keeps us on the pulse of trends, spicing up daily chats with the freshest memes, and a splash of Gen Z's sparkles. Her infectious energy is a catalyst for dynamic team-building activities, injecting a welcome dose of fun into our professional community.
Leakhena
Leakhena is our administration superstar, known for her sharp problem-solving and strong sense of purpose — skills honed through her background in education and social impact. Nicknamed “Powerpuff” for her knack for swooping in and saving the day on all things admin, her mission is simple: to ensure our team and community has everything they need to thrive. Off-duty, she’s often sketching, cycling, or deep into the latest K-drama binge.
Fafis
Fafis is our client services superstar. He’s agile, intuitive, and always one step ahead, earning him the nickname “Doctor Strange.” One moment he’s welcoming guests at the lobby; the next, he’s fine-tuning the layout of our loft event space with quiet precision. Outside of work, you’ll likely spot him behind a camera lens or on the volleyball and football courts — always in motion.
Narak
Narak tackles our electrical and technical challenges with calm precision, turning complex problems into smooth solutions. Whether he’s setting up audio-visual systems for events or troubleshooting generators during temporary power outages, his steady hands and eye for detail keep everything running smoothly. Beyond the cables and circuits, Narak finds balance in countryside camping, good music, and spirited football matches with friends.
Samphors
Samphors cares for both our team and our greenery with equal dedication. She keeps our property management office clean, organised, and ready for a productive day, bringing quiet precision to the everyday. Whether she’s tending to the landscaping, sourcing seasonal décor, or staying ahead of building maintenance, Samphors is the behind-the-scenes presence that makes everything run just a bit more effortlessly.
Han
Unafraid to get his hands dirty and obsessed with nuts and bolts, Han is our go-to person for everything technical. In tandem with our property management team, he works on the ground to ensure that our workspace is at its best mechanically and electrically. After 6pm, Han takes out his most athletic outfits and goes for a run to keep his mind and body sharp.
