Cal is a yoga teacher and contemporary artist who discovered how breath control can unlock creative potential during his transformative journey in India. After experiencing creative burnout as a young artist, he learned that managing your nervous system through breathing techniques can dramatically improve creative output. Cal now teaches how simple breath practices can help creatives access deeper inspiration and work from a place of flow rather than stress.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn practical breathing techniques that calm your nervous system and activate a more open state where ideas flow more easily. You'll learn the science behind breath and creativity, then put it into practice through guided drawing and painting exercises.
No meditation experience needed - just curiosity about how your breath can change your creative work. And this isn't about making perfect art - it's about discovering what happens when you create from a different internal state.
