In an increasingly complex and unpredictable world, how may organisations cultivate resilient leaders and build high-performing teams that thrive under pressure?
The National University of Management presents an intensive masterclass for bachelor’s degree students: Leadership & High-Performing Teams, hosted at Raintree and led by visiting Professor Whitney Hischier from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Drawing on the principles of Red Teaming, this immersive session challenges emerging leaders to question assumptions, think critically, and strengthen decision-making in uncertain environments.
