Inclusivity becomes possible when young people, women, and members of marginalized communities are empowered to raise their voices and actively participate in decision-making processes. When they are given a seat at the table, they gain the confidence and skills to communicate, contribute, and drive meaningful change within their communities.
Through a Training of Trainers workshop organised by DW Akademie, Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM), and People Center for Development and Peace (PDP-Center), the initiative aims to strengthen civil society and foster more inclusive and participatory democratic spaces in Cambodia.
This training is part of “Be Part of It!” is a 42-month, European Union-funded project designed to empower young Cambodians, especially young women and members of marginalized groups, to become active participants in their country’s decision-making processes. By building leadership, communication, and civic engagement skills, the project contributes to a stronger, more inclusive future for Cambodia.
*Participation is by invitation only.
